So I would definitely say re-evaluating your motivation like really really think about that. What is your motivation to lose weight? So is it just so you can get down to a certain size? Because if that's the only motivation in there isn't anything deeper than you're not going to be able to sustain healthy habits over time.

Then you'll just you know jump from one bad to the next thing, you know, probably the sun extent create, you know, solve one problem and then create another so that's what I can tell you that there are a lot of folks that have been a heavier weight and thought if they got down to this number of that number, they would be happy right?

I'm sure you face that all the time you see them get down to that number and they're still not happy, so ultimately, You're right. We have to get to that road. What does that look like? Because if you don't have a body a healthy body image that whatever weight you are that's not going to automatically change when you lose weight so you could get down to you know, the perfect BMI, you know, ideal body weight and still, you know, be overly critical of yourself.
