Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 48 hour notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. 


We are out-of-network with insurance plans, making it possible to offer extended visits, tele-health, and provide individualized recommendations.  We can provide an itemized receipt upon request that you can submit to your insurance company.  You may receive partial reimbursement for visits if you have coverage for nutrition or testing services subject to your out-of-network deductible. Please note we cannot assist with insurance claims. Please contact your insurance with any questions regarding reimbursement prior to your initial visit.

Before Your First Visit

You  will receive a welcome email from “Well Ahead Chicago” directing you to complete new client forms in our secure portal. Please complete them no later than 48 hours prior to your visit.  This will help to maximize your visit time with Dr. Peter. 


Cost varies depending on your individual needs. Recommendations are individualized to each client. The manufactures selected are not regulated by the FDA but meet FDA quality standards. We do not condone high pressure sales. However we do recommend purchasing supplements with us in order to minimize variables in your wellness plan. Clients can access supplement recommendations and place orders online thru Fullscript, Wellevate, & Xymogen. Visit our online store.

Lab Testing

Initial recommended test(s) included in lifestyle programs.  Some tests may be eligible for partial reimbursement by your insurance company or applied toward your deductible.
